32ft Colvic Atlanta Mullion, with aft cabin, in remarkable condition for her age. Based on the river Deben in Suffolk
this wonderful boat will take you wherever you want to go in safety and comfort. Unfortunately, we are less fit than we would like so we need to sell. We have had some really good adventures and a lot of fun on Dorek. We have sailed extensively on the east and south coasts from our base on the river Deben. We have undertaken two extensive cruises of over six weeks each. The first was to the Isles of Scilly and the second was to the Channel Islands. On no occasion did we feel unsafe even in the rougher states of the sea.
Since we have owned her, we have bought and fitted:-
new set of sails
new Halyards
Jack lines
30m of extra anchor chain (to add to 30m already fitted to the CQR anchor)
Three fire extinguishers
240v TV with Google Chromecast and remote control.
Raymarine Evolution EV-1Auto helm with wheel drive autopilot and P70 Pilot controller
a new Neptune 4500 gas oven with sea rail and gimbals
240v mains system fitted with inverter and sockets to the main saloon
Battery charger for when connected to the mains
More 12v sockets fitted for chargers etc.
A new holding tank plumbed into the lavac loo.
New cutless bearing fitted last winter
New VHF radio
new remote for the electric anchor winch
In addition we had the engine overhauled with recon injectors and pump and full service in the winter of 23/24. We have lots of receipts, manuals and paper work including a recent survey report. There are too many things to mention here so if you would like more information please PM or email me.
