Mistral had a survey and new rigging in 2022 and is an excellent example of a Parker Super Seal 26. She is fast and perfect for racing/cruising. She has a lifting keel, rudder and outboard engine which means she is very forgiving should you run aground or get something wrapped around the propeller.
