Purchased by her present owner in 2006/7 in the UK, "Iemanja" is a well built Canadian cruising yacht designed by Ted Gozzard. Her last owner sailed her trans-Atlantic and added the windvane self steering. Her present owner has cruised the North Sea and English Channel extensively, having many adventures but her owners advancing age means that it is regretfully time to sell. She was surveyed in 2006, re-sprayed just after and has been epoxy treated below the waterline. Her engine was renewed in 2010 with a new Yanmar 3YM30. Her mainsail was renewed in 2016 and her owner sails her with the furling yankee or cruising chute so the staysail has been removed. An ideal boat for European cruising or taking further afield.
