This vessel was initially built as a fishery protection vessel for the North Eastern Sea Fisheries Authority and served with them until 2007 when she was acquired by a survey company and adapted for windfarm work. She had an extended bow mounted boarding platform now removed and the wheelhouse was extended to provide additional working space for her survey role and provide additional seating for crew. The current operators acquired the vessel in 2019 and operated her for various environmental initiatives around the UK and in European waters regularly maintained by retained crew. She is MCA Coding to Cat. 2 (60 miles from safe haven) for 10+2 crew - certificated to 2025 with her annual inspection completed May 2023.
